針對民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘遭抗議勞團潑水並推倒，國民黨文傳會副主委胡文琦今天(2日)下午發布新聞稿表達遺憾，並表示國民黨不認同任何暴力行為。不過，胡文琦也強調，此事凸顯蔡英文總統所說，人民若不是忍無可忍，沒人會想上街頭；而勞工若不是忍無可忍，也不會絕食抗議，民進黨政府應真心正視勞團的相關訴求。
